Our bunny, Roebling, is free to move thoughout our apartment. So, there
is a chance he may be off the cameras. However, you can email us here

Why can't I see anything in the camera windows?
The best thing to do regarding this is to make sure you have the latest
web browser software. Safari> Explorer> FireFox>
Why are the cameras dark?
This may be one of two things. One may be that there is low light at Brooklyn
Bunny. We have to manually adjust the cams depending on natural and interior
lighting. Also, it could be that your monitor is set too dark. Mac Info> PC info>
Are the cameras broadcasting live?
Yes. The cameras are set up to send images every 3 seconds.
Why do the cameras blink in my browser window?
See "Why can't I see anything in the camera windows?" above.
What kind of cameras and software do you use?
We use Apple iSight cameras along with the Evological EvoCam software.

Why is the bunny named Roebling?
Our bunny is named after the designer of the Brooklyn Bridge, John Roebling.
Why isn't Roebling moving?
If he's not moving too much or laying down on his side. He's either sleeping
or just relaxing.
What kind of rabbit is Roebling?
Roebling is commonly known as a Dwarf Hotot, or more formally, Oryctologus
cuniculus. Dwarf Hotots originated in Germany and are best known for their
responsiveness to human interaction.
How old is Roebling?
Roebling is still young. Although we are not too sure of his birth date, we
suspect he is about 1 and a half years old.

Why does the logo say 'BKLYN'?
The abbreviation BKLYN for Brooklyn is commonplace in signage around
New York City.
What are the two dots on the bottom of the Brooklyn Bridge?
Look close. The two vertical openings of the bridge icon are the ears of a
bunny and the two dots are the bunny's eyes.
